Lamperd Less Lethal now offers this Lightweight Protective Helmet for police and private security forces which can greatly reduce the stress of having to wear a heavy helmet for extended periods. The weight of this helmet is only 1.5 lbs. vs. 3.5 to 4 lbs for standard type helmets currently in use.

The design features strong polycarbonate protective plates built into a layered and breathable urethane foam/fabric shell. The protective panels are 4.5mm in thickness and have been repeatedly tested to withstand impact with no visible damage resulting. A clear, lift-up polycarbonate face shield is also incorporated. Multiple color panel options are available as well as agency name placement, as desired. This product is 100% washable for long term use and is adjustable so that one size fits all.
